Why do people experience feelings of anger?
Feelings of anger come from the ego. It may be due to feeling wronged or not agreeing with what others say.
Regardless, when a volcano erupts, it is inevitable that innocent people will be affected.
When emotions surge, the first words we speak often carry the strongest negative energy. We try to hurt the other person through our words, but in reality, we ourselves do not benefit from it.
When we are unable to resist the eruption of the volcano, when we cannot control our ego-driven emotions, can we immediately detach ourselves and find a way to become an observer, watching our own emotions venting in front of us?
Anger will eventually pass, and you will eventually return to tranquility.
If there is no need for anger to exist, wouldn't life be more relaxed?
