Only humans on Earth possess the consciousness of "desire."
Animals and plants seek only sustenance, they are content with just enough. They do not need to strive for more, as long as their lives can continue.
On the contrary, humans can have endless desires.
Desire can drive us forward, but it can also control our consciousness,
making us unconsciously become greedy.
In front of desires, observing them carefully. Is this truly what I want? Why do I desire this? Whether it's material possessions or states of being, it's worth examining thoroughly.
When desires are fulfilled, we feel abundant joy.
When desires cannot be satisfied, we feel frustrated and unsuccessful.
By reflecting on the meaning behind our desires, we will discover that those seemingly meaningless desires in our minds gradually diminish, and everything becomes lighter and easier!
